Our growing implant-focused dental practice in Greenacres is looking for an experienced Surgical Dental Assistant who is confident assisting with All-on-X and full mouth reconstruction cases.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled assistant who enjoys working in surgery, understands implant workflows, and wants to be part of a team performing advanced full-arch procedures.
What You'll Do:
- Assist the doctor during All-on-X / full arch implant surgeries.
- Prepare surgical rooms and implant components.
- Maintain sterile surgical protocols.
- Take CBCT scans, digital impressions, radiographs, and photos.
- Monitor patients during procedures and support surgical workflow.
- Provide clear post-operative instructions.
- Help keep surgery days organized and efficient.
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years dental assisting experience.
- Experience with implant surgery or full arch cases strongly preferred.
- Florida X-ray certification.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay calm in surgery.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
- Guided implant surgery.
- Digital scanners / digital dentistry.
- Experience with sedation or surgical workflows.
